Free Gifts: Post-holiday Reflections

Choices, for the elderly who live in the nursing home, are often very limited. We not only wanted to offer a tangible gift for them this Christmas, but we wanted to let them choose what color and gift they wanted. Personal connection was offered to each of the 88 residents. It was such a joy to see them choose their Christmas gift from a basket filled with brightly colored scarves and blankets.Thanks to all of you who gave your time and resources to offer dignity and honor to people who really do still have things that they love.  Thanks to all of you who gave your time and resources!
